ABOUT MITCH
Mitch was raised on a farm in rural upstate SC (near Charlotte) and grew up working in his father's construction business. He joined the Navy at age 21 and became a missile technician stationed on submarines out of the Charleston Naval Weapons Station. After the Navy, he worked for Lockheed Martin Missiles at Pomflant in Goose Creek for 17 yrs. as a facility engineer and ran a side home inspection, remodeling and building business.
Upon closure of the Polaris Missile Facility, rather than leaving the Charleston area (which Mitch loves), he decided to pursue his dream of building and selling his own homes. After awhile, he realized that he was coming up with most of the marketing ideas for selling his homes, so he decided to pursue licensure in real estate sales so as to benefit from his marketing skills.
With his extensive experience in the building industry, If you are buying a home, he can help you identify the overall quality and problem areas in the construction of a home. His knowledge of the area and whats available will be a great asset in helping you find the right home a the best price. After you have decided on a home, Mitch will assist you through the entire process from inspections to closing.
If you are selling your home, he can help you identify problem areas that may turn up on a home inspection and give you ideas on what cost effective improvements you might make to sell your home. As Mitch found out in his own building business, marketing your home is the key to making the sale. Mitch will market your home not only on MLS, but will also mount an extensive email campaign to other active realtors and will construct a personalized web page for your property which will be syndicated to multiple search engines. Your property address will be the link to your home’s web page and will be displayed on your yard sign. You will get full service with a variable commission.
With Mitch’s background in building and selling homes, whether you are a buyer or a seller in this market, you stand to benefit from his strong negotiation skills and advice.
